I’m a wife of fourteen years, mom of four, founder of The Refinement Institute and proud to have trained over 10,000 women in refinement, presence, and communication.
I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee in a home marked by addiction and chaos. However, that little girl decided early that speaking with elegance, articulation, and warmth was not just possible — it was necessary.
From a drug infested home to six figure book launches and a multimillion dollar brand — I didn't get here because life was easy. I got here because I decided to be different.
We do not have to be rough women.
